Happy Halloween!!

Bubby had to dress up for Halloween too - he is a "Frog Prince" this year!  He loved it!  Bailey hates outfits or she would be right there with him!

This little pumpkin is sun bathing - he sure loves the outdoors!

And, he's a tired little pumpkin who needs a tiny little nap!

I just can't take enough pics of this lil guy!  He's just too cute!  Happy Halloween to everyone!

Saturday - lots going on!!!

1st thing to do on Saturday???  Cheer on the HOGS!  Go Razorbacks!  He is actually smiling in this picture and I'm pretty sure he was laughing at me calling the hogs! :)  He was ready to kick some Vandy butt!

Then - it was time to go to a Halloween Party at a friends house...He started out as a bear cub - this lasted a total of 45 seconds!  He didn't like it too much at all!! :(

So, he went as Justin Bieber!  This is him preparing to sing a song for the crowd at the party!  He was a HUGE hit once we were there! :)

Here we all are - Justin (minus his Rock Star hat), Pat (from SNL's "it's Pat"), and Dog the Bounty Hunter!  Fun was had by all!  It was a fun party but Justin ended up singing up an appitite, so we had to leave after about an hour.  People were talking about Justin the next day, so I'm pretty sure they got their money's worth at the concert! :)

And, pretty tuckered out from all the festivites that Saturday had to offer we all crashed and burned!

Friday...Baby's 1st Halloween!

Here he is sportin his cute little onesie from Great Aunt Reen in Missouri!  It is his very 1st Halloween and we have to celebrate in style!

Thursday - Babs & Grampie visit!

You can't see his onesie - but it says "Leader of the Patch" - it was a gift from Jason & Keri in Missouri!  And it fit him like a glove!  He is also the leader of this house these days so it couldn't have more appropriate!  Thanks to Babs & Grampie for coming over to visit so mom could get some errands taken care of!  Very sweet!!

The Week of HALLOWEEN!

Ok, I know this has nothing to do with Halloween...However, I thought it was really funny!  While we were having tummy time (once again the pic isn't him on his tummy b/c those aren't as cute)...It all started out calm and peaceful...

Then Brady decided to kick Daddy in the face!  HAHA!  How did I possibly catch this on camera???  He is a strong little guy!! :)  HAHA!

Anyway - back to Halloween...We LOVE Halloween in the Butler house - so as you can see from the next posts, he has several outfits that he has to wear this week!  And, yes...He will model them all for you to see!

Family from Virginia visits!!!

This is my family from VA!!  From left - Granny Rita, Aunt Carol, Vickie (mom's best friend) Brady, Me & Mom.  What a nice trip!  The trees couldn't have been any prettier and Brady loved meeting his great aunt and great grandma!

4 GENERATIONS!  WOW!  Brady, Me, Mom & Granny!  This is just too cool!  Granny hasn't been to AR in years and what a special occasion!!

What a nice little family photo!!  Richie surprised me by getting a bale of hay and a corn stalk with a few pumpkins!  It couldn't look any better in front of the house!  And, a nice little place to take pictures!  This is the first official family picture since the hospital!  Too special!

Brady with his great granny Rita!  She thinks he is just too cute and very special!

Brady with his great Aunt Carol!  She loved to hold him, but was a little surprised by his farts! :)  She didn't know what to think about that!

Overall, the visit was just too short!!  It was so wonderful to see them and get spoiled!  Granny made my most favorite food (it's a German dish) and Aunt Carol bought me a new Razorback shirt (which I wore the very next day) and Vickie bought Brady a super cute Christmas ornament!  Fun was had by all!  And aside from the crazy flights coming out here, I'm pretty sure they loved every minute of it!  Hopefully they will make it an annual trip b/c Brady wants to see them every year!! :)

Weeks 3-5...

I'm ready for Bikes, Blues & BBQ!!  Thanks for the hat Aunt Stacy!

1st bottle feeding!  Dad loved every minute of it!  And Brady is a HUNGRY lil man!  He acts like he is starving ALL THE TIME!  He is a growing boy!!

I love my "tummy time" even though I'm not on my tummy here...HA!

I'm now 1 month old!!!  I'm already up to 8 lbs ~ 6 ounces!!

Just hanging out and getting big!!  My parents sure think I'm cute!!

Family comes & visits!

Grammie had to get her Brady fix....

So after his bath, he had to put on his "nuts about grandma" shirt since Grammie likes squirrels so much!

A visit from Babs, Grampie and Aunt Jackie - they had to come and spoil little Brady!

Even though Brady didn't go all the way out to War Eagle, he did go to the convention center!  Since this is an annual trip - PaPa and MeMe had to come and spoil him with some treats from War Eagle!!  It was a great time, even if the hogs lost...

Visit from Poco - Newborn Pictures!

Brady's lil feet...They are so big compared to his lil legs!!

He looks like a little football all crunched up on daddy's jersey!

Daddy holding him on his chest - he loves his snuggle time!

His room is done in sock monkeys - how talented is Poco???  This could seriously be an Anne Geddes picture - OR EVEN BETTER!!  Just precious, what an excellent idea!

Gotta have a little Razorback picture with Daddy's stuff - I see a future punter!

OR...A future Firefighter!!

I LOVE this picture - this really shows off his cute little face and he is actually awake!!  And sportin the mohawk!

Thanks to Kristen Hurlbut for taking such FABULOUS photos - I couldn't post them all, but she did a wonderful job and is available to come take your photos (she did my maternity pics too) and did a WONDERFUL job on those as well.  She is a very talented photographer and is available to come to your home!  Just email me for her contact info!  She will MOST certainly be doing our 3/6/9 month and 1 year photos of Brady - as well as a family photo!  Thanks again Poco - you are amazing!

First 2 weeks at home!!

Family date night tuckered someone out...Looks like someone is catching a few flies!

1st family date night!  We took Brady to a new place called Burger Life!  It was YUMMY!  And guess who did REALLY good!  Everyone had to take a peek at lil Brady and admire all that hair for a 2 week old!  It was a success so there will be more family date nights in our future!

1st trip to church!  WOW, getting out of the house isn't like it used to be.  I finished getting ready in the car!  HA!  However, Brady was so good during church!  He didn't make one peep the whole time!!  What a good little boy!! :)  Father John would be so proud!!

I survived the bath and now I'm all clean with a cool new hairdo!!

1st bath...They showed us how to do it in the sink at the hospital...He liked it a lot more there...Wasn't too excited about it at home...But, it did get him nice and clean!! :)  I love that baby smell!!

Coming home!!

Getting ready to come home after 3 long nights and 4 really long days!

How tiny - little Brady is ready to come home!!  How scary...It's like we've never driven before!  We must be extra careful with this precious cargo!!  How will the dogs react when they meet their new little brother??

A new family!!

Here we are - The Butlers!!  Richie, Wendy and Brady Butler together at last!!

Brady with Grammie!

Brady with Babs and Grampie!!

Uncle Blake, Richie, me, Brady, MeMe & PaPa!!

Awe, how sweet!  Brady's Aunts came to visit!  Aunt Carla and Aunt Candace came from Russellville and Aunt Brandy came from Conway to see baby Brady!  Precious!!

Brady is so lucky to have so many people who love him and spoil him already!  Thanks to all of those to came to the hospital to visit!  We really appreciate it!  So sweet of everyone and Brady will have his book to cherish forever!! What a special time that will never be forgotten!!

HERE HE IS!!

Brady Ray Butler born Sept 15th, 2010 at 12:28PM!!  6 pounds ~14 ounces!  Here he is getting all cleaned up while mom is getting stitched up!!

Come as 2 - Leave as 3!!

All dressed up, delivery room here I come!!  OUCH - the IV hurt really bad...hope the c-section doesn't hurt that bad!!  Richie is a good cheerleader though!! :)

Heading to the hospital!!!

Here we go...Check in time - 10:30AM for a scheduled c-section at noon!  Brady is almost here!!

The Last Dinner...

Knowing that we had a scheduled c-section (lil Brady wasn't into position - head down) he was transverse lie, we went to Bonefish Grill to have one last date night (baby free)...It was very emotional!!  The conversation was all about how our lives were going to change forever!  We were excited and scared and nervous all at the same time!!!  Needless to say...We weren't that hungry!  HAHA!
