What a fun weekend!

What a fun weekend!  Friday we had some of the best weather we've had in forever!!  It was 70 degrees!  So awesome!  Richie got Brady this ball and bat set for Christmas and he couldn't wait to get it out!  Perfect day for it!  So, we got it out and had a blast!  I'm sad, Richie accidentally deleted the pick of him and Brady playing - it was so cute!  We took turns hitting and Brady hit it by himself also - he LOVED it!  It was so much fun!  And, Bria sat in the doorway and watched and loved it also!  It was amazing weather and I'm already wishing for it to come back!

Saturday it was ok...Not as warm or sunny, but not bad...Tom and Barb took Brady to the playground by our house!  He loved it!  They said that he went down the slide by himself and everything!  But, he really liked the swings with Baba!  What a big boy!  He had so much fun getting read to by Papa and playing with blocks and going to church with Papa and Baba - it was fun!  And, he was finally feeling so much better and it was great!

She was in a good mood also!  I think the shots were wearing off and she was feeling perky!  Until Saturday night - her congestion came back around 3am...UGH!  She had a great Sunday, but then on Sunday night...From 1-4...HORRIBLE!  Poor girl...I really hope that we get out of this hump of sickness soon!  Thank goodness Brady is feeling a little bit better! 

Sunday after church Richie and I got to enjoy brunch!  It's been so long since we've had a meal to just ourselves...It was so nice to just chat and not have to worry about someone being hungry, needing a diaper change, having a crisis, etc...It's hard going out to eat with the kids.  As much as we love them, it is HARD! And, pictured above is an Egg Sandwich with hash & Ranchero huervos from Greenhouse Grille - the brunch was AMAZING!  We thank Papa and Baba for letting us have some special time together!  And, they get to spoil the kiddos (which they love) - so it all works out!  It was a great weekend and I hope we have many more where they come from!
