The top picture was taken at 6:30AM. Richie got off work at 7AM and what normally takes him 15 minutes to get home, it took him an hour and 15 minutes! The 2nd picture was taken at 8:15AM - you can tell how much more snow had fallen in less than 2 hours!!! He said that it was the worst he had seen and he was actually very nervous he wasn't going to make it home! Said that there were tons of cars that had went off into the ditch and even a SNOW PLOW in front of him that was in the ditch and he felt terrible not stopping to help, but he had to get home to his family and if he stopped he may not be able to do that!! Thank goodness he made it home!! The snow was almost covering his tires at this time!
The news said that Springdale got 22 inches of snow, but we feel like it was 2 feet or more like Siloam Springs had...Either way - it was WAY TOO MUCH!!! Here is our backyard too...
The dogs didn't wander off the back patio much. Bubby would have gotten lost in the snow if he would have gone off too far! You can tell he was looking for something in the snow just by the leftovers on his face! HA! A pee pee break turned into less than a minute in these temps!! This last picture was a random trick we tried...My manager called asked the temp and when we told her she said that boiling water would freeze and turn to mist in mid-air. We just happened to be boiling eggs at the time, so we tried it. Richie doesn't recommend trying this at home, but we did! It was true!!! I just happened to catch it mid-air and sure enough - the mist went from our house to the road before it evaporated...MADNESS!!

LOL good thing Rich is a firefighter! You are outta control with your tactics!!! How fun that you will be able to tell Brady about breaking the record way back when he was just a baby!!
